This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise stated. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ontario, Canada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Caputec Sites/Services. Use of the Caputec Sites/Services is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Caputec stands firm in respecting the privacy of its members, participants, alliances, their clients and any other users of this site, as the case may be. None of the information will be provided, distributed, given or sold to third parties, unless otherwise required to execute its services to the respective member, participant, alliance, or user, according to the set terms and conditions of the respective agreements where applicable.
Caputec follows general principles in accordance with worldwide best practices on data protection.
